Can anyone tell me (in brief--since I must consider the time constraint) what LOKTANTRA is?
Is it the same definition that Abraham Lincoln coined or it is something the other way round? I am confused! Should I be optimistic and wait for your kind consideration or should I give up?
You might be wondering as whay this "nepalimind" is trying to ransack his brainbox just for the sake of loktantra. Because, reasons are many, which could even hurt you or some others like you.
